With our wrap around patio there is plenty of room to effortlessly park & lock all your beach rentals on your patio and still have room to enjoy the space. No stairs or elevators separating you from the ocean, or hassle of lugging beach gear up or down. Having both indoor and outdoor seating for 11 - This oceanfront home makes for ideal beach living ALL year round!
Our tranquil 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern beach houses' interior was intentionally updated to mimic the serene blue waters and sand outside. You can't help but feel on vacation once you enter. This beach home's open floor plan with panoramic views will never separated you from your family/guests . An entertainers dream. Kitchen has subzero fridge (w/ice maker), both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, Ninja Blender, Instant Pot and even an Amazon Alexa to play your favorite tunes or help you cook. Our view kitchen should have everything a cook may need - If not, just ask us! Many quality thoughtful touches were added for you the guest; living room American Leather® comfort luxury King-sized sofa sleeper - isn't your average sleeper - you'll think you were sleeping on a real mattress! Our rental terms include a 24/7 no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties in which we strictly enforced. The deposit can be withheld for violation of any of the terms and conditions, specifically the terms related to our noise and good neighbor policy.
• Signed rental lease agreement is required within 24hrs of all bookings along with a photo ID and Credit Card used to book on file.
• Minimum renting age is 25 year old
• Smoking & Pets are NOT permitted anywhere on the property indoor or outdoor
• Beach Towels included. Bikes, beach chairs and toys are not included.
• *Stater Supplies*provided (see list below), anything else you will need to provide
• Unit is ground floor condo; Can hear above condo at times
• Unit underwent renovations, however is not a new build
• Single level ground floor condo *Small step to enter house, and laundry area
• 30 day rentals welcomed ask about discounts | No TOT Tax on 31 nights
