PARKING: 
1 Assigned Parking Space (approx. ft W x ft L ) | 1 SM to MD SUV/Truck recommended.  A Suburban is very difficult to fit and 2nd parking space is used by owners. Street parking is very tight during summer and varies on street sweeping schedule. Several overnight and over-sized parking lots within walking distance, but they do fill up quickly.

•  2nd level duplex (1.5 flight of stairs) that sits above main house. with long-term owners.  Both units are vacation rentals, front doors face each other and share BBQ & patio area. 

• Unit has wall mounted "mini split" A/C & heating system in living room. And a Window A/C unit in Bedroom. Plus, ceiling fans. A/C is not common for area or need much.

• Although it is not noticed much, Mission Beach may experience intermittent airplane noise. The San Diego International Airport is centrally located in San Diego, it is common for many SD neighborhoods to be below one of the flight paths. Flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am.
